Eight-Count Burpee:

1. Start standing up.

2. Place your hands on the ground in squat position.

3. Kick your legs out behind you into plank position.

4. Lower your body for a push-up.

5. Raise your body up from the push-up, returning to plank position.

6. Return to squat position, hands on the ground.

7. Stand up.

8. Jump up in the air and clap hands together overhead.

9. Return to standing position.

Long Jump Burpee

1. Start standing up.

2. Place your hands on the ground in squat position.

3. Kick your legs out behind you into plank position.

4. Lower your body for a push-up.

5. Raise your body up from the push-up, returning to plank position.

6. Return to squat position, hands on the ground.

7. Stand up.

8. Complete a broad jump forward for distance.

9. Return to standing position.
